Plexal was at the heart of the activation, tenant acquisition and value creation strategy for Here East.
We designed, founded, grew, and led the business over its first two and a half years.
Our work included: business model design, product and service design, branding, industry thematics and customer experience mapping, sales and marketing, launch delivery, lettings and running major innovation programmes and thought leadership events.
Results
- Managed the design and build of the 68,000 sq ft centre on time and on budget
- Launched with London’s Mayor as the kick-off event to London Tech Week 2017
- Rolled out a suite of new business services - for startup and large corporates
- Overachieved occupancy targets, filling the centre to 75% in under a year
- Overachieved revenue targets in the first two years, generating over £2 million from new clients
- Built the team and a strong culture of collaboration
- Achieved consistently positive press
