Solution
We were contracted by the CEO of Canary Wharf Group to design, build and activate the space. Founded in 2013, this led us to:
- Develop the team, partnerships and advisory board
- Create content for marketing, PR and white papers
- Co-lead operations, mentoring, and a programme of membership events that included technical events, community events, business seminars and investor pitch days
- Optimise the physical space, select high-potential tenants and support the growth of the companies
Results
- Engaged the tech community and VIP stakeholders to share the vision
- Level39 became an international icon of innovation in the financial services sector, expanding to four times its original size within the first two years
- Achieved 95% occupancy and developed expansion plans for levels 42 and 24
